To use the syniotec RAM app, users log in with their syniotec Rental Asset Manager credentials. Following successful authentication, users can not only access their equipment data, but also start smoothly documenting handover protocols and performing digital technical inspections.

Handover Protocols:
The user-friendly interface allows easy execution of machine handover protocols, with the option to add notes and attach images ensuring smooth documentation. Thanks to the use of AI technologies in the handover protocols data like tank level, how dirty the machine is and other factors are automatically recorded, reducing manual input. Furthermore, date, time, and location of the handover protocols are automatically recorded, followed by automatic report generation and synchronization with the Rental Asset Manager. The RAM App ensures a legally secure and centralized recording of handover protocols.

Digital Technical Inspections:
Technical inspections are performed completely digitally within the syniotec RAM App. This allows comprehensive documentation and evaluation of technical aspects of the machines, contributing to more efficient equipment management. The user goes through a few simple steps, entering key details such as the location of the equipment. The final step involves adding a digital signature to complete the technical inspection. The finished report can then be conveniently exported as a PDF and saved or sent by email.
